Chaise Fitness Workout - Pilates and Ballet-Based Workout - ELLE
Stuck in a fitness rut? Tired of our daily running routes and spin
classes, we paid a visit to the New York City-based studio,
ChaiseFitness, to try and mix things up. It was love at first plié, and
we haven’t stopped going since. Let’s just say the room full of Chaise
regulars with kickass arms, (the balletic, yet muscular kind we all
dream about), was a big motivator to keep going. Here’s what you need to
